Responsibilities:

  • Assess relevant training needs for staff in consultation with store managers
  • Provide on the job training to the team and individuals at stores
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Design effective training programs
  • Conduct workshops, individual training sessions etc.
  • Support and mentor new employees
  • Keep attendance and other records

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 2-3 years proven experience in training and development
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
