Responsibilities:
- Assess relevant training needs for staff in consultation with store managers
- Provide on the job training to the team and individuals at stores
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Design effective training programs
- Conduct workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Keep attendance and other records
Requirements
- Matric
- 2-3 years proven experience in training and development
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
