Requirements
Identifying potential problems with existing systems or processes and proposing solutions to management
Maintaining documentation of all servers and current configuration in the environment
Coordinating with vendors to action new requests and to resolve issues that are reported/detected
Setting up and reviewing automated reports to identify potential problems
Setup, configure, deploy and troubleshoot new software deployments
Setup of New Windows Desktop Images
Maintain/update current Images
Troubleshoot Software Updates on clients
Manage to patch through WSUS
Recommending and implementing policies and standards and ensuring adherence to security procedures
Understanding of Active Directory; including replication, GPO, and DNS for troubleshooting issues when
SCCM clients can’t be deployed to devices and clean-up of obsolete objects based on AD reports
Understanding of anti-virus configuration and deployment updates via SCCM
Creating custom client settings as per requirements of the network
Configuring boundaries, boundary groups, and detection methods
Creating specific query or direct collection groups
Creating custom reports/software metering
Configuring and monitoring errors on distribution points
Creating task sequences for operating system deployments
Qualifications
Three years of experience with the SCCM Server Infrastructure and/or System Center Conguration
Manager is required.
Must have SCCM 2012 and/or Current branch experience (At least 2 years)
