KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS
Execute plans to service customers and meet agreed monthly and annual sales plans
Implement administrative and logistical controls to ensure that customer needs and Company standards and procedures are met
Develop and improve Trentyre customer base and sales profit margin
Manage and develop service-related associates regarding specific customer requirements related to sales administration, Service Standards ,Health & Safety, Company Image etc.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Good Interpersonal skills and assertive negotiator at Management Level
Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently a self-starter within the team
A passion to succeed in a challenging environment
Proven product and application knowledge – commercial and consumer
Customer specific demand planning
Valid driver’s license
Grade 12/Standard 10
