TEMP HR COORDINATOR – DURBAN – KWAZULU NATAL Fixed Term Contract NEW

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely updates.
• Support the preparation of job descriptions and employment contracts.
• Organize and facilitate employee onboarding processes, including orientation sessions, document verification, and induction programs.

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Prepare reports on recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and other HR-related data.
• Support the HR team with payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
• Assist in drafting HR communications, policies, and procedures.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
• Facilitate exit interviews and coordinate the offboarding process.

Training and Development:

• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs.
• Maintain records of training sessions and track employee participation.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR coordination, with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
