SAP SCM TM Consultant Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with clients to understand their transportation management
requirements and provide customized SAP TM solutions.
 Design, configure, and implement SAP TM modules to optimize transportation
processes and enhance visibility.
 Handle requirements analysis, functional design, system configuration, unit testing,
system integration test & support and hyper-care activities.
 Assist in defining and executing test plans to ensure successful SAP TM
implementation.
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP TM configurations and integrations

Requirements:

 Must have 5+ years of experience in SAP TM
 Minimum 2 End to End Implementations and at least 2 Support Projects.
 Good knowledge of Supply Chain process and retail business value drivers.
 Good working knowledge of Freight Order Management, Forwarding Order
Management, Transportation planning, ERP Logistics Integration, Transportation
Network, Charge calculation, Freight Agreement, Tendering.
 Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external
stakeholders.
 Ability to work with cross-functional teams/stakeholders in an international and fastmoving
environment.
 Must have worked on SAP TM integrates with other SAP modules like WM/EWM/S4
HANA/GTS/Yard Logistics to manage supply chain and logistics.
 Strong analytical skills, result-oriented paired with highly structured working style and
good sense of responsibility, flexibility, and team player.

Preferred education: Bachelor’s Degree
