BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (COMMERCIAL REAL-ESTATE) X2 – GAUTENG Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hungry, self-starter, and target-driven individual to join our Sales team as a Sales Hunter. This role is focused on acquiring new business (B2B), requiring someone with excellent communication skills, a forward-thinking approach, and a strong drive to close deals.

The ideal candidate is a smart, ambitious, and proactive sales professional with great negotiation and networking skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to signing on new customers, and then handing over the client relationship to the respective Relationship Manager (RM) in the area. Your primary focus is new business acquisition, and you will be rewarded with commission for every successful new client signed on, while the RM will manage the ongoing client relationship.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years working in an external Sales role
• Valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle and flexibility to travel (Non-negotiable)
• Proven Sales track record
• Experience working remotely
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, marketing and negotiations skills
• Self-motivator
• A customer-oriented attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• • Actively research and identify new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Proactively contact and engage prospective clients, introducing them to the company’s products/services.

• Sales Strategy Execution:

• • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to effectively target high-potential customers.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

• • Tailor sales approaches based on customer segments, and be innovative in your outreach and follow-up strategies.

• Client Relationship Building:

• • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients

• Deal Closure:

• • Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Collaboration and Reporting:

• • Collaborate with internal Sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and updates to management.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
