PURPOSE OF THE ROLE |
A Site Supervisor needs to perform several tasks set out to them on a task system. A Site Supervisor will be required to work with explosives key management and locks, Reports to be pulled and onsite support to be provided to the customer the Supervisor is allocated to. Monthly Invoicing and follow ups, analysing, and troubleshooting will also be part of his job description, Repairs to be done that was notified on the inspections sheets. After hour calls and support to be adhered to when standing in for a technician. Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals. Running tests to make effective recommendations. This role requires interaction with stakeholders with the ultimate result to drive maximum productivity and client centricity.

Hardware Support: · Preventative Maintenance – Monthly reports and Quotes on all covered systems items · Maintenance of all client variants, Key management systems and lockers · Setup and assemble, test and configure client systems. · Competent use of tools and associated electrical tools such as drilling machines, electric screwdrivers etc. · Emergency release of keys in case if an emergency (emergency document to be completed on site) Support: Software Support and Customer Support:
· Reports, · Help miners and operators before shift start. · Email Support · Telephone Support · Remote Support · Support logging on support site · Research/problem solving. · Initiative · Obtaining of relevant signatures for invoices · Follow-up on outstanding orders · Deliveries to be handled at stores. · Submission of invoices · Completing and submitting of User access forms · Completing and submitting of cabinet layouts · Onsite training · Managing of team members · Weekly follow up meetings with relevant stake holders · Completing and submitting of maintenance check list · Submitting of quotations on repairs from maintenance check list. · Following up on outstanding orders from maintenance check list. · Completing of UAR (service) reports.
