HR CO-ORDINATOR – CAMPS BAY – WESTERN CAPE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:                     Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, or

                                                 Organizational/ Industrial Psychology, or

People Management

Experience:                         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position

                                                 Hospitality experience is advantageous

Familiar with all Human Recourses legislature and amendments

Familiarity with HRIS, with strong administrative skills and attention to                                                         detail

Management:

• Maintain positive relationships with managers and team members of the products and businesses
• Maintain the company culture, vision, mission and values within all teams and departments

Operations:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Maintain an open-door policy with all employees to improve employee engagement and employee relations
• Participate in HR networks and community programs
• Maintain a positive image of the Human Resource Department through social media and WhatsApp communication
