HR CO-ORDINATOR – CAMPS BAY – WESTERN CAPE NEW

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Management:

• Maintain positive relationships with managers and team members of the products and businesses
• Maintain the company culture, vision, mission and values within all teams and departments.

Operations:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Maintain an open-door policy with all employees to improve employee engagement and employee relations.
• Participate in HR networks and community programs
• Maintain a positive image of the Human Resource Department through social media and WhatsApp communication.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:                      Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, or

                                           Organizational/ Industrial Psychology, or

People Management

Experience:                         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position.

                                           Hospitality experience is advantageous.

Familiar with all Human Recourses legislature and amendments.

Familiarity with HRIS, with strong administrative skills and attention not detail.
