We’re seeking a self-motived, organised, detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in Recruitment. You should be adept at multi-tasking, thrive under pressure, and have a deep understanding of interpersonal relations.

If you are skilled in recruitment and induction of new staff bring your expertise and enthusiasm to create an outstanding environment within our team.

You will oversee the entire process of recruitment to ensure procedures are followed in a fair and transparent manner. You will work closely with the hiring managers and Human Resources department to process forms, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and provide a high quality and professional recruitment service through the effective administration of all recruitment systems.

The Ideal candidate should experience in the wellness & spa industry.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Tertiary Qualification in Labour Relations, Human Resources or People Management would be advantageous
• 1-2 years’ recruitment experience (advantageous)
• Hospitality experience ( Highly Advantageous)
• Strong administration experience
• Strong recruitment platforms experience
• Social media experience i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
• Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
• Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular)
