TEMP CATELOG SPECIALIST – 3 MONTH FTC – WESTERN CAPE Fixed Term Contract

Key Job Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated catalog specialist to join their team, As a catalog specialist you will be responsible for the quality of our selection. You will support us on identifying catalog defects such as incorrect images, reviewing progress and quality improvements, and working with the Selection and Vendor Management Team on effective root cause resolution. The position requires eagerness to learn, problem-solving skills, attention for detail, and ability to work with big data from multiple sources. It involves working with multiple stakeholders (Product Managers, Vendor Managers, Vendors, Catalog Associates among others). You will be based in Cape Town for the duration of the assignment.

Basic qualifications:

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level C1 or higher).
• Availability to start immediately
• Team player with self-motivation and the ability to adjust priorities
• Fully proficient with MS Office

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
• Quick learner of new technologies and processes
• Ability to recognize patterns and trends to drive root cause resolution
• Strong multitasking, time management, flexibility
• Track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data and report generation
• Communication skills with the ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data
