An all-rounder who is able to manage the FoH and BoH to drive the client’s standards, ensure optimum achievement and retention of guests. Providing a memorable experience to all our guests. Stock and staff Management and the ability to show leadership to the team to optimise and drive revenue. Must have at least two years’ experience working in the hospitality trade with Senior Management experience. Must be able to manage in the absence of the GM and providing strong support to the GM.
