ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT – BENONI – GAUTENG NEW

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and accounting support, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Capture and coordinate weekly reports, sales leads, and traveling files.
  • Maintain and organize files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist with data entry and management.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of client documents and itineraries.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative and accounting support role.
