This individual’s role would include knowing the clients environment, equipment, laptop and servers,
applications (ACCPAC account software).
ITSM – skills are essentially
Respond to tickets and liaise with End user and Business management.
This person will need to be quite technical and not be afraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty
to try and resolve issues.
He/she will need to be technical enough to know where the issue lie (e.g. Laptop / Server or
environmental in order to get the correct people involved).
This person will be required to travel to the various sites which are outside of the major city centres.
