Lead development and execution of a five-year HR operational plan, policies, procedures and organisational change
Manage organizational design and workforce planning
Manage recruitment: talent sourcing and selection activities
Drive employee learning and development interventions
Lead performance practices and development of performance culture
Maintain employee wellness and healthy employee relations
Promote organisational cultural transformation, change and diversity management
Oversee HR employee information, remuneration and benefits management
Manage the Head Office infrastructure maintenance and security
Provide support to the Managing Director’s office
Perform general functional management and administrative activities
Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
A Post-graduate Diploma in Labour Relations will be an advantage
Unendorsed Code 08 / B drivers licence.
5-8 years generalist Human Resource Management experience, 3 of which must be at a management level
