This person will be required to effectively manage the mechanical team, and is accountable for the adherence of the following:
Health and safety as per the OSHACT
Cost and contract management
Sound Engineering practices (planned and preventative maintenance).
Policies and Procedures
People, Spares and Project management.
The ideal candidate will hold a BSc / B Eng or B Tech Mechanical Engineering with 5 year of relevant experience of which at least 2 years in people management.
GCC and Management Diploma will be advantageous.
Legal compliance certification with reference to OSHACT
Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Advanced Mechanical Equipment/Machinery knowledge is required.
Ability to work under pressure and meet work deadlines with attention to detail
