BAKER – KRUGER NATIONAL PARK – LIMPOPO
You will be required to assist with facilitating the production of pastries, bread, and desserts, while promoting the company goals of Guest service and satisfaction, team work and operations.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
- Ability to produce bread and other baked goods using manual and/or industrial processes
- Training
- Knowledge of raw materials for dough, dough preparation times and procedures and various baking techniques
- Knowledge of recipes and production techniques for bread and baked goods
- Ability to operate electric, gas and fire bread ovens
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations for food preparation
- Ability to multitask
- Physical strength and stamina
- Organizational and planning skills
- Willingness to work nights
- Good knowledge and understanding of stock procedures and control.
REQUIREMENTS – QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Grade 12
- +- 2years experience as a bread baker or similar role.
- Formal Chef qualification (advantageous)
