A vacancy exists in the Hino Division and is based in Johannesburg. This position reports to the Manager: Hino Customer & Dealer Technical Support and will focus on the Service / Maintenance plan schedules.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Monitoring of Parts Pricing
Monitoring the synchronization of all Service / Maintenance Plans and Warranty Calculators
Creating Service & Maintenance schedules
Maintaining the information on the service / maintenance costing schedules
Effective monitoring and reporting of cost

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualified Diesel Mechanic
NQF Level 5 (240 credits – level 8 framework) qualification in related field
5 Years Hino Technician working experience
Code 08 Driver’s license
Computer Literacy (MS Office – Advanced)
Electronic Parts Catalogue (Multicat)
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
