HR & FRONTLINE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR (PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES) – WESTERN CAPE – CAPE TOWN

Key Performance Areas:

  • Assist with training related administration activities.
  • Assist with the pre-entry recruitment process (i.e., printing & screening of CV’s, scheduling interviews, travel arrangements, pre-checks etc.).
  • Updating the HR Information System with new/existing employee’s qualifications/ documents.
  • Provide travel co-ordination duties.
  • Co-ordinate various Employee Wellness Programme activities.
  • Complete HR reporting and capturing/filing of disciplinary processes.
  • Plan and co-ordinate all HR social events.

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Has 3 years relevant experience in HR.
  • Is self-confident and able to think on their feet in a fast paced, hands-on, growth-oriented work environment.
  • Able to work under pressure and independently within a larger team and demonstrates proactiveness, assertiveness & initiative

Has access to reliable transport.
